I have been working in health and fitness my whole life. I earned a B.S. in Geology and am also a Certified Firefighter/Paramedic. My goal is to promote health and fitness by maintaning an ongoing nutritional and healthy lifestyle.

I train and participate in Sprint Triathalons, engage in aeorbics, weight training, swimming, biking and tennis. My passions are sailing and enjoying the outdoors here on our beautiful Gulf Coast. I believe massage, yoga, and meditation help relieve stress, increase flexibility and improve agility. These are important elements in maintaining good health as we age.
